Director of Operations Enablement · Strategic Advisor
Six plus years building the operating infrastructure behind a healthtech company's climb from Series A to Series C.
I do not just advise on operations. I have built them, at HALO Precision Diagnostics and for a small group of founders I work with directly. The work spans investor readiness, operating systems, and go to market strategy.
Career
I own a $7M ARR enterprise portfolio across 7 accounts and 30 clinical centers spanning the West Coast and Northeast, managing a direct team of account operational executives. I sit in weekly C suite and executive committee meetings as the operational lead, advising on channel expansion, pathway product development, and org design, and I am driving expansion from 1 to 4 diagnostic pathways projected to reach over 1M patients a year.
I launched 70 clinical sites for HALO's genetics program on my own, building the go to market strategy and playbook for U.S. market entry and securing partnerships with 5 national imaging organizations supporting over 30M patients. I led a five year enterprise partnership that grew revenue 30 percent and doubled market share, and I redesigned scheduling infrastructure through a vendor swap and process redesign that cut 200 percent more efficiency into the workflow and eliminated $250K in annual spend.
I standardized the new market entry and onboarding playbook across 40 plus locations with 10 operations managers, touching over 1M patients, and implemented automated patient communication workflows that raised cancer screening volumes by 7 percent and recurring enrollment by 10 percent.
I oversaw the $8M Women's Health Program delivering full suite diagnostic imaging, owning P&L and cross functional strategic initiatives spanning IT, operations, and clinical support, and built foundational operating infrastructure during the company's early stage build out.
Advisory
Alongside HALO, I advise Vetra directly. The work centers on investor readiness and operating infrastructure: building the pitch deck, sitting in the investor meetings, shaping how the founder communicates the story, standing up the ops playbook, and identifying the metrics that actually matter at launch.
Strategic Advisor and Investor · Talent and Hiring Technology · United Kingdom
An early stage, UK based platform that uses machine learning to match student and early career talent with employers, built on a proprietary hiring intelligence model. I came in as both investor and operator, working alongside cofounder Ali from before there was a deck.
Focused Engagements
Not every engagement is a deep, ongoing advisory relationship. Some are a signed advisor role, some are a short operator assessment, and some are a business development arrangement. I try to describe each one for what it actually is.

Strategic advisor to Gaza Sky Geeks, helping shape their North America strategy: investor and incubator partnerships, and a talent bridge connecting Palestinian graduates to Bay Area startups that could use them.
How I Work With Early Founders
This is the entry point for new founders. In 30 days I map where the operation is actually breaking, and I turn that into a written recap, a gap map, and a plan tied to the gaps that matter most.
A focused set of conversations to understand where the business stands, where the founder wants to go, and what is actually in the way. No deck required. I listen and ask sharp questions.
I write up what I heard, then map the gaps in numbered areas such as onboarding, pipeline, account management, and new market opportunities. Each gap comes with the KPIs to track it and a proposed first 30 days, and the founder corrects anything I misread. It becomes the working brief for the engagement.
The plan follows from the recap and gap map, and depends on the problems found and where I can help most. I join weekly calls to close those gaps, or step in more hands on when the situation calls for it.
I stay involved to make sure things keep flowing, and I adjust the plan as the business changes. If it is working for both sides, this is where an equity relationship makes sense.
Pre seed and seed stage founders who have real operational complexity to manage and need a clear operating plan before they raise or scale.
Where the fit is strong and the work continues past day 30, I prefer to move to an equity based advisory relationship, sometimes paired with a small retainer.
